Dear members/watchers,
As much as we, the admin team, would like to interact with you more often, there's only so much DeviantArt comments and polls can offer. We've been weighing a lot of options in the past few weeks, and the idea we're discussing right now is to start a Discord server for our community.
What is Discord? It is a 100% free alternative that combines Skype and TeamSpeak, meaning that there's a server that hosts various channels for text-based messaging as well as voice communication. The service has a web-based interface as well as desktop/mobile clients for use on different devices. Yes, it does share its name with one of the characters from the show, but let's put that joke aside. With this service, we could create a server for our watchers, members and the admin team, which would allow for instantaneous communication between these 3 groups in various channels.
What kind of channels would there be? For now, we are thinking about having one for vectoring feedback/discussion, one for episode discussions, a general topic-less channel, and finally, a channel for any club-related questions or issues you may have. While the admin team is made up of busy people, whoever's online could respond to your messages if they have some free time.
That being said, we'd love to hear your opinion (including if you'd not use this service at all). If you have any ideas about what kind of channels you would like to see, or have any other thoughts you want to share about this suggestion, feel free to do so in the comments.

Changes to our Color Guide (April Fools)
Hello everyone,
As you all are hopefully aware, here at the MLP Vector Club we strive to provide helpful resources to the pony community at large. Our gallery of high quality vector assets is quite possibly the largest in the fandom, and we have all of our members to thank for their enthusiasm and commitment to creating quality pony vectors. A few years ago we've launched our color guide website, and we're really happy to see that it has proven to be a useful tool to both vector and non-vector artists alike.
In line with our efforts to keeping the guide up to date and accurate we have come to the decision to update our naming convention to
Call for Collaboration
We're still alive, and we don't want any of you gone, unlike some weird robot. Anyways, we've been thinking about doing another group-wide background vector collaboration, where all members could apply to take part. For those unfamiliar with this process and the end result, the gist of it is that we decide on a background, which is then divided up into smaller pieces, and people can claim pieces to do themselves. These vectors are then assembled into the final vector of the background for everyone to marvel at. If you'd like to see an example, just have a look at this CMC clubhouse background which was done using this formula.

What Vector Reservations Are:
People usually get excited whenever a new episode comes out, and start making vectors of any pose/object/etc. that they found hilarious/interesting enough. It often results in various people unnecessarily doing the very same thing. Vector Reservations can help organize our efforts by listing who's working on w
