I noticed a couple things:  The bottom neck stroke where it goes off the page: the end is visible. Simply extend it off the art board a bit more. The eyelids don't quite match the eye whites near the nose (both eyes). Zoom in to see. I feel that the top of her bangs near the image-right ear could be adjusted a little bit, but it's probably fine.Good job!  Okay, (sorry for the late reply) I'm having a little trouble understanding your first two points. Thank you for doing this critique.
For the first point, the stroke doesn't go down the page far enough, and its end is visible in the exported image. This can be fixed by either extending the stroke down, or moving the artboard up.
The second point: There should be no gap between the black eyelids and the whites of the eyes. Hope this helps, otherwise request a mark-up and I'll provide one   Yeah, its not meant to be an alicorn. The Name of the folder is Main Six- Twilight Sparkle, WINGLESS not with wings
