FeaturedComments On the folders "Antagonists" and "OCs" there's a mix up. A commission is in Antagonists and Nghtmare Rarity is in the OCs.
 You have to check each dev. Different artists have different policies. Many of them are free to use, but many are not.
np. Most people in #MLP-VectorClub are more welcoming of re-use than dA as a whole, so you'll likely find more support here than in a general dA search. But still, check every policy for every image to avoid issues
