Download them and import them into Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET (not to be confused with MSPaint), or Paint Shop Pro. Or, if you've downloaded an SVG, import it into Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape (Or Ponyscape - the bronified version of Inkscape. Both Inkscape and Ponyscape are free and open source).

Anything past that is up to your imagination! :)
